Bruno's Carryout Pizza
A multi-location WordPress build for a 60-year Logansport institution — three sites, one cohesive brand, and a clean break from an overseas provider charging by the page.
The Problem
An overseas provider charging by the page — and no one local to call.
Bruno's had ended up with a website managed by an overseas provider charging by the page and by the month. Information was outdated, support was slow, and there was no local accountability. They'd tried a DIY Wix site to escape it, but hit the same template ceiling. For a business with 60 years of community trust behind it, the web presence wasn't keeping up.
A growing business that needed more than a better homepage.
By the time they came to us, Bruno's wasn't just one location. A second brand — Nubianos Pizza — was under the same ownership, and a new Kokomo location was on the horizon. What they needed was a web presence that could scale with them: consistent, owned, and built to accommodate growth without rebuilding from scratch every time.
What Was Built
2023
Logansport and Nubianos — two brands, one visual system.
We built the first two sites in 2023: Bruno's Carryout Pizza in Logansport and Nubianos Pizza (nubianospizza.net) — each with their own landing page, about, menu, and contact. The goal was a visual system that read as a local institution rather than a generic chain: clean layout, mobile-optimized menus, and enough consistency between the two brands that they felt like family.
2024
Kokomo — a third location rebuilt to match.
When the Kokomo location launched with a broken WordPress site a friend had built, we rebuilt it from scratch to match the established system. brunoskokomo.com went live with the same page structure and visual language as the other two — consistent brand presence across all three locations without the seams showing.
Platform
Off the expensive provider. All three owned outright.
All three sites live on owned domains with no per-page fees and no overseas support desk. WordPress and Elementor give the team a visual editor they can actually use — menus, hours, and content stay current without going through an intermediary.
Outcome
Bruno's now has a unified web presence across three locations — each accurate, fast, and mobile-friendly, and fully owned by the business. The ongoing subscription cost to the previous provider is gone. As they continue to grow, the sites grow with them — on a platform with no artificial ceiling and no intermediary standing between the business and its own website.
