The Problem

01

Political campaigns run on deadlines that don't move.

When Brent Ingram launched his campaign for Miami County Sheriff, he needed a professional web presence built fast — one that could do real campaign work from day one. Payment processing had to be fully operational before any outreach went out. There was no runway for a slow build.

02

A site that needed to function, not just look credible.

A campaign site is a tool, not a brochure. It needed to accept donations, collect volunteer signups, handle yard sign requests, and communicate the candidate's platform to voters — all while projecting the authority expected of a law enforcement campaign, all from launch.

What Was Built

Platform

A full WordPress/Elementor Pro site — designed, built, and launched in two weeks.

We built the site on WordPress using Elementor Pro, moving from concept to live in two weeks. The architecture was built around the campaign's core actions — every page structured to move visitors toward a specific next step, whether that was donating, volunteering, or contacting the campaign.

Forms

Five live forms handling every campaign action from launch.

Gravity Forms Elite powered all five: donation processing with Stripe integration, volunteer signups, yard sign requests, event inquiries, and a general contact form. The donation form included conditional fields for campaign finance compliance on contributions over $200 — built into the form logic, not handled manually after the fact.

Design

A visual identity built to project the authority of a law enforcement campaign.

The palette — red, white, and navy — was built around the candidate's existing logo and photography. The goal wasn't to look like every other local campaign site; it was to communicate the kind of credibility that makes voters confident they're looking at a serious candidate.

03

Outcome

A fully operational campaign site launched on a two-week deadline — donation processing live, all five forms functional, and a design that communicated the seriousness of the candidacy.
